 The award recognizes individuals for their drive and spirit to build an entrepreneurial enterprise and for their generosity in sharing success with others through community involvement. Messmer is the 11th recipient of the award. He was honored at the HCDC's Annual Business Awards Ceremony and meeting last Thursday, Matrix said.
